Vocodia is a start-up software company that has developed conversational AI technology that can revolutionize the way contact centers operate. Armed with little more than their vision, a logo, and a product, Vocodia hired our agency to help them develop their brand and bring their product to market.

After exploring the competitive landscape, we crafted a distinctive brand that was aimed at making the technology accessible to non-technical audiences. We named the AI product “DISA” (for Digital Intelligence Sales Agent), and created a website and digital and traditional collateral that used conversational messaging to bring the otherwise abstract product to life for target audiences. We then launched the brand gently, using trade shows as testing grounds to gauge interest in the marketplace and help manage the company’s rapid growth.
