Sugarboo creates and markets affordable high-quality hair styling products through distribution partnerships with different retail outlets. DAMN GOOD has worked with the company for several years to develop product packaging that stands out on crowded retail shelves.
Along the way, the Agency has helped the brand innovate both its products and processes, going so far as to create 3d “virtual prototypes” for products in development, drastically cutting time spent in back and forth communications with overseas manufacturers.
The agency is currently working with Sugarboo in developing a new ecommerce website and enhancing its consumer branding and marketing.
DAMN GOOD advised the client that the same 3D modeling used to create prototypes could be used for marketing products directly to consumers (DtC) as well.
This allowed the client to diversify their marketing strategy to include both distribution and website-based DtC channels.
