In 2014, B2B software company CallCabinet originally tasked DAMN GOOD with the launch of the world’s first cloud-based call recording platform at a trade show. The agency positioned the new product as “a revolution in call recording” and it proceeded to make an enormous splash in the industry.
CallCabinet’s initial success with the groundbreaking SaaS call recording solution continued to propel the brand as competitors followed suit with their own cloud-based solutions, which eventually crowded the market and threatened to eclipse CallCabinet’s remarkable innovation.
In 2019, CallCabinet again engaged the Agency for help marketing and developing the brand. DAMN GOOD guided them through a complete rebranding, global brand launch, and a full website redevelopment.
Additionally, the Agency developed voluminous amounts of content, including marketing campaigns, blog articles, e-books, video, emails, newsletters, and schwag, as well as strategies for making inroads to new markets, and better reaching existing resellers.
