The Partnership

University Pointe is a mixed-use housing development located in Davie, Florida, convenient to a number of colleges and universities. DAMN GOOD was hired shortly after construction began on the project to develop both a name and brand, as well as marketing collateral. The agency worked closely with project developers on a compacted timeline in order to make it possible to meet occupancy goals for both businesses and students in time for the fall semester.
